Return Window
- Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- No Returns After: Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the delivery date.
Return Request Process
- Request Permission: To initiate a return, please contact us at care@vara.la to request permission. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
- Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your item.
Restocking Fee
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returned items.
Condition of Returned Items
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all jewelry boxes, pouches, and certificates of authenticity.
- Certifications: All certifications must be returned in the same condition as received. A $250 charge will be applied for lost or damaged certificates.
Damage Reporting
- Damage Notification: If your item is damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Damage claims reported after 24 hours will be considered the buyer's responsibility.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
Important Terms
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition. Items showing signs of wear or alteration will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.
- Lost Packages: Vara Los Angeles is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number.
